Annie at Two and a Half

Annie was 2.5 on September 6.  We had such an awesome summer this year as this one was able to keep up and be flexible with our adventures!  She is such a happy little thing who doesn't go long without flashing her big smile!  In the past couple of months, her vocabulary has shot through the roof!  She's talking in full sentences and acting like such a big kid!  She can be set in her ways at times, but mostly she's sweet, funny, and good natured.

Her favorite foods are edamame, guacamole, and ice cream!

We tease her that there's hardly any room for her in her crib!  But she doesn't mind one bit!  However, the old "raggies" of Ruby's are still her major go-to.  She doesn't go far without them!

She adores her brother...

...and loves to match her sister!

She's not much of a fruit lover but she does love her apples!

Her hair is mostly in a pony these days.  Her curls make combing through dry hair impossible.  She prefers not to have it brushed so UP it goes!  And don't forget the pink flower!

Early this fall, Jace started "Ninja class" at the Gymnest.  On the first day, Annie copied everything the teacher told the boys to do.  After class, the teacher said she had one spot left in case we knew of anyone else who wanted to join.  I asked her if it was "boys only" (as the website stated it was a boys class) and if a two and a half year old was ok (the website also stated it was for 3-5 year olds)... the teacher said girls could join and that as long as Annie listened she didn't mind that she wasn't three yet.  So Jace talked to Annie all week long about joining Ninja class and sure enough the following week, she went right in and never looked back.  My two little ninja's LOVE this class and Miss Paige!  It's one of my favorite hours of the week watching them through the little window!

Annie and I also attend music class with Miss Becky on Wednesday mornings.
She loves to wait for her friend, Kate!

Annie is never far from mom and loves to help in the kitchen.

 Keep being BRAVE Annie girl!
