Halloween

Halloween festivities were in full force again this year.
First we decorated a few pumpkins.

Trunk or Treat in North Liberty

Hulk found his friend, Batman

I got to help out in Ruby's classroom for her Halloween party.

Williamsburg had their downtown Trick-or-treating on Friday night so we headed there with Paul's side of the family.

And the beautiful evening allowed for some outdoor fun after T&T downtown.

Jace helped me make Monster Munch...complete with spider fingers.

We were able to see Paul's brother Joel and his girlfriend Amy for a brief time that weekend as they were traveling through town.  Brunch at Iowa River Power Company, followed by a leisurely walk on the pedestrian bridge over the Iowa River.

That afternoon we headed to the Iowa Memorial Union for Trick-or-Treat fun with the Greeks.  This may have been the third time we've been to this outing and it always proves to be a good choice!  So many activities that the kids love!

Pumpkin carving!

Beautiful weather made happy kids who were willing to walk almost the entire Dempster Drive loop... which also equaled way too much candy!

The Leopard

The HULK

The Tiger

You could say this boy loved all the Halloween adventures we had.  Look closely and you will see the witch fingers he slept with.  I snuck in before I went to bed that night and he still had them on.

And this may be my favorite picture of these three!  Getting all three of them to look at the camera with a decent smile proves to be very difficult.  But ask them to make silly faces, and they cooperate and give me this gem!  Love them.
